Visit Lightspeed’s customer service center, present your bill or telephone number that has the ADSL service and pay it at absolute ease either by cash, cheque or by your debit card or credit card. Lightspeed’s customer service center is at Al Moayyed Tower, Mezzanine floor, Seef district.
payment by Phone
pay your bill over the phone by calling our customer care 8006 11 11. You will need the telephone line number of the ADSL service and the CPR of the line holder. We accept both credit and debit cards for payment over the phone.

Direct Debit
Save time and avoid queues! Request direct debit by visiting one of our shops and filling out a form. Provide your bank account number and a copy of your cpr. Monthly payment will be arranged by your bank.
